Electronic Communication Form

To decrease the postage and mailing costs that the Association incurs and to communicate pertinent information in a more timely manner, your Board of Directors would like you to consider consenting to receiving electronic communications, including official notices required by the Association’s governing documents and Florida Statutes. 

EMAIL CONSENT: (Please select one of the following options). You must provide consent even if your email address is currently on file. 

By selecting I/We authorize electronic communications box below, I authorize The Village at Spirit Lake Homeowners Association Inc to communicate Association matters with me via electronic transmission and to provide notice of Association meetings and other Association matters by email to the email address designated below. Electronic communication may include but not be limited to meeting notices, assessment invoices, enforcement notices, late notices, and any other notices.  I understand that email communication may be used to replace written notices required by the Association’s governing documents and/or Florida law. I understand this consent will remain in effect until a written notice is sent to the Association.  

By selecting I/We do not authorize electronic communications box below, I do not authorize The Village at Spirit Lake Homeowners Association Inc to communicate Association matters with me via electronic transmission. 

Additionally, we are asking for permission to include your information in the resident directory within the protected pages of the community website.

By selecting the I/We authorize publishing contact information box below, I/We give permission to have the information listed above published in the resident only directory for The Village at Spirit Lake Homeowners Association Inc. located within the protected pages on the Association website.

By selecting the I/We do not authorize publishing information box below, I/We do not wish to have my/our information published at this time. 

NOTE:  In addition to the authorizations below, you have the ability to select specific contact information you would like to share or hide. 

How-to 

  • First, log into the community website and click on your name in the top right-hand corner.
  • From the drop-down menu, select "Member settings."
  • Here, click on the "Privacy" tab and select your privacy preferences.
  • Once you've finished, click "Save."
